Support Groups

A community is only as strong as its members. Our support groups and programs are ways for all of us to give and get for the sake of everyone’s wellbeing.

Mental wellness is self-care. And you deserve it. Support programs can strengthen your coping skills and arm you with tactics to shield your mental health. Support groups offer the opportunity to share experiences and solutions to common problems.

Mom Drop-Ins

The Mom Drop-In is a monthly group on topics like loneliness, stress, anxiety, identity – all of that mom stuff. These sessions are virtual, cost $25, and are led by a mental health professional. You can join as many as you want. It feels good to connect with others on all things mom. Please reach out with any questions, or if you have topics you’d like to suggest. Join a Drop-In

Mom 6-Week Programs

Looking for something a little more structured? Our 6-week programs are led by mental health professionals around specific themes like isolation, the comparison trap, etc. These sessions are virtual and are $200 for the entire 6-weeks. The same group of mothers meet for all 6-weeks. Please reach out with any questions, or if you have topics you’d like to suggest. You can email us at hello@atimeoutwithmom.com.

Professional Drop-Ins

Monthly drop-in groups are free to our mental health professionals and will be specific to you and your demanding jobs. We understand that the system is broken, and we’re trying to do our part in providing support groups that can meet your unique needs. These are led by other mental health professionals.
